Fast sails for fast boats
Our sails are made from sailcloth, printed in 3DL design fit perfectly to the America's Cupper. The sails are profiled and are made from several panels that are glued and sewn together. The luff-tape of the mainsail is sewn on with extremely light spinnaker cloth so that the sail can flip over in a tack even in very light winds. All battens are made from carbon fibres. The sails were tested on water and modified until the best profile was reached.
Light weather sails
Our light weather sails make optimum use of the space between mast and stays and create a lot of power. The mainsail will twist in gusts and can be adjusted via the backstay tensioning.

ACC110 Leichtwindsegel "individuell" So kommt Ihr Design auf das Segel: Sie schicken uns Ihr Logo (am besten als Vektorgrafik), wir senden Ihnen eine JPEG-Datei (Beispiel) zur Freigabe per Email zurück. Sie haben einen kostenlosen Korrekturschritt frei. Nach schriftlicher Freigabe (in der Regel per Mail) produzieren wir das Boot. Sie können uns auch einen fertigen Entwurf zusenden (wir schicken Ihnen gerne eine 1:1 EPS-Datei zum Gestalten zu). Wir versehen Ihren Entwurf dann mit der 3-DL-Struktur, Trimmstreifen und Verstärkungen. Natürlich bekommen Sie auch diesen Entwurf zur Freigabe nochmals zugemailt. |

Medium wind sails
Both sails have extended tops. This will give them enough power in the lulls, while this area will twist in the gusts. The main is cut for a slight mast curve. The foot of both sails are cut high towards the clew to stop the sails from touching the water in waves and when the boat is heeling.

Heavy weather sail
Similar to the medium wind sails, but the main is cut for a stronger mast curve so that the centre of gravity in the sails moves aft. This also enabled the jib to have a slim, effective profile without making the boat luff up too much. Both sails are extended in the top and twist in the gusts automatically. The foot of both sails are cut very high to stop them from hitting the water in rough conditions. Get picture gallery >>
