So fast - so competitive - so international
This R46 is our best model for all conditions. With well-balanced sailing attitudes, easy maintainance and extremly good watertightness this model boat becomes the first choice for commercial issues. The higher purchase price (compared to the AC60) amortizises with a few missions on company events or exhibitions due to the savings of labour time. The switch in the hatch permits peparing the boat unhurriedly before the sailing event.
Our R46 fits the rules of international RG-65 Open class. Therefore you can race on an international level. This model boat is fast, light, and shows brilliant sailing characteristics - like the big archetype Rogers 46 (this 46" Carbon Racer has archieved more than 30 knots during the surfs from sydney to hobart 2007). Also this small R46 sails very good in high waves, fast and absolutly dry. We achieved this by the consequente use of carbon at every sensible and possible place. Due to the international RG65 racing rules we develop a special racing version with higher mast and longer keel.

The Race version for real regatta freaks
One of our R46 has won the 5th place on the german RG65 Championships 2009 in Berlin. Based on this experience we developed a new regatta version with higher mast and flexible top, without backstay and with screw thread boom puscher. The new version of the hull, called "2009", has got more buoyancy in the front. You can tune your standard R46 easily – by changing the components like mast, keel, booms. The standard R46 is a compromise between stability and weight. We are able to decrease the weight of the hull, but you have to protect the boat against concentrated (single) loads.More information and video on the tuning-stte >>

R46 or TP52 – two deck designs – one model racing class
You can choose between two different deck designs. We have developed a deck very similar to a TP52 (Transpac 52 Class >>) - we build the first model boat for the press conference of the german TP52 "Platoon". The weight of the TP52-deck is equal to the R46-deck. The difference is the superstructure.
